This week is Self-Care Week 2018.
The header of this campaign is ‘Choose Self Care for Life’ which purpose is to raise awareness about incorporating and embedding new small healthy changes into our daily routine in order to improve our physical and mental wellbeing. For instance, making time to go for a stroll or going outside for a bit of fresh air, giving yourself a few minutes break in your hectic routine to stop, breath and gather your thoughts, being experimental and read or listen to something new and different or talking to someone if your concerns are getting on top of you.
